Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training: Master our products and sales methodologies through our structured onboarding program.
- Engage with clients: Communicate with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Build relationships: Develop strong rapport with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Meet sales targets: Consistently work towards and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with leadership: Attend daily briefings and training sessions to stay aligned with company objectives.
- Document interactions: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
