Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the sales process by demonstrating products and services to potential clients.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
