Responsibilities
- Complete the 4-week comprehensive paid training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
- Track daily sales activities and report progress to management to optimize performance.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to refine communication skills.
- Assist in the organization of company events and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
