Responsibilities
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-play scenarios to master sales techniques.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research and outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the regional team to meet and exceed weekly performance targets.
- Document all customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Represent the Apex Growth Partners brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we provide all training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate online platforms.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
