Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive team performance.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary CRM software to track customer interactions and sales data accurately.
- Represent the company brand professionally in all client-facing communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (if remote work is applicable, though this role is Detroit-based).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
