Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email to provide exceptional support and information.
- Learn and master company products and services to become a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Accurately process orders, applications, and client information using internal software.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications
