Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome every guest with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register and POS system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to maintain a professional appearance.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate knowledge of products, including pricing and features, to answer customer questions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations.
- Merchandising: Assist in stocking shelves, facing products, and ensuring displays are eye-catching and well-maintained.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
