Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Assist customers in resolving product issues and answering general questions about our services.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Collaborate with the wider team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred).
- A willingness to learn new software and processes quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
