Responsibilities
- Perform efficient receiving, sorting, and stocking of inventory with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing paid training program
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with proper material handling techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
