Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and package incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after paid certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all associates!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Willingness to work independently and in a team setting
