Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided) to move products efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and compliance
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Complete digital documentation and inventory tracking systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Parkway location
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team setting
