Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment following digital pick lists
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Willingness to work independently and in team settings
- Reliable transportation to 1500 Broadway, Oakland
- Pass pre-employment background check (no violent felonies)
- Flexible schedule availability for nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
