Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing our certification program
- Maintain organized inventory levels and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided free)
- Reliable transportation to the 40202 industrial area
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
