Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily processing targets
- Adhere to all safety standards and OSHA compliance requirements
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading/unloading of freight containers
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shift
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
