Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using proper equipment techniques
- Accurately scan and sort inventory in our distribution center
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing training certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shift
- Willingness to operate machinery after paid training
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to/from the 11 PM shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
