Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) after training
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders for timely shipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Complete digital inventory logs using warehouse management systems
- Participate in monthly safety drills and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Park Blvd, Fort Worth
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper training
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
