Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, pack, and label products according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces throughout shifts
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train from day one!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
