Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Pack and prepare outbound orders for shipment according to specifications
- Conduct daily safety checks and adhere to OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional team lifting assistance
- Reliable transportation to/from the night shift schedule
