Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using manual methods and powered equipment
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization
- Operate warehouse machinery forklifts/pallet jacks (training provided)
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to North KC facility
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and communication skills
