Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory following company protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO inventory practices
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work full-time night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
