Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using our barcode scanning system
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency for next-day delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to OSHA standards
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with night shift team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Oklahoma City facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible schedule with availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
