Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Manage inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation systems
- Maintain organized storage zones and clean work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Complete digital paperwork and system entries for inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with touchscreen devices
- Reliable transportation to/from NW Miami facility
- Flexible availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (Sun-Fri)
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments (40°F-90°F)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Team player with strong attention to detail
