Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments according to company protocols
- Maintain organized inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts with reasonable accommodations
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training techniques
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Blvd facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
