Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate automated sorting systems with precision and efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak processing hours
- Utilize warehouse management software for tracking operations
- Assist in quality control checks before shipment dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to our North Memphis facility
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule including weekends
