Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Complete documentation using warehouse management systems
- Participate in quarterly safety and efficiency reviews
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in temperature-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to 1500 Atlantic Avenue
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends included
- Pass background check and drug screening
