Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Prepare orders for shipment with precise attention to detail
- Maintain clean, safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Background check and drug screen required
