Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise products with efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain organized stockrooms
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
- Support store reset and promotional activities
- Communicate effectively with day-shift team during handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
