Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Complete daily paperwork and reporting tasks with precision
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for order processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for night shift schedule
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work in the UK
