Responsibilities
- Handle and store incoming stock using WMS systems with accuracy
- Pick and pack orders for distribution according to priority schedules
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems (training provided)
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts with weekend flexibility
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo and complete comprehensive training program
- Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities
