Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after training
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with accuracy
- Perform inventory audits and stock management
- Maintain clean, organized work environment per safety standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet operational targets
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4 nights/week)
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Physical stamina for standing/lifting up to 25kg
- Valid UK work authorization
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete forklift certification training
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
