Responsibilities
- Receive comprehensive training on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and equipment handling
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and reporting
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing certification training
- Adhere to all safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift training)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screen
