Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA standards
- Perform inventory management, scanning, and data entry in WMS systems
- Load/unload shipments with precision and maintain organized staging areas
- Conduct quality control checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Participate in ongoing skills development training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification and forklift license (training provided)
