Responsibilities
- Process and package shipments accurately using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
- Complete training modules to advance to higher skill positions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Availability for consistent night shift schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
