Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation with precision
- Load/unload trucks and organize storage areas efficiently
- Participate in paid training modules covering equipment operation and safety
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
