Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid training
- Manage inventory through systematic receiving, scanning, and stocking processes
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from Jacksonville facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete 2-week paid training program
- Team player with strong attention to detail
