Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and outgoing orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – comprehensive training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Valid forklift certification (will be provided during training)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
