Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with on-site training
- Pick, pack, and sort products for shipment with accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours

- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems

- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
