Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing our certified training program
- Accurately scan, sort, and package materials according to company standards
- Maintain organized inventory using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Complete quality checks before shipment dispatch
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training is provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth facility
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Availability for consistent night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
