Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pack and ship orders with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized workstations following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on night shift operations
- Complete daily productivity reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Availability for consistent night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for specialized systems)
