Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing our certification program
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery
