Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after comprehensive training
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using our digital inventory system
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per night
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
