Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training completion
- Accurately track inventory using digital systems and barcode scanners
- Load/unload shipments with attention to detail and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized workspace to comply with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Availability for consistent night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
