Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing company training
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using inventory management systems
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following safety protocols
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shift
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
