Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art distribution center
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities using our digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Support inventory control processes and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
