Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing paid training
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive paid training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to/from the night shift facility
