Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Package and ship orders according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Complete training modules to gain certification in equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Pass background check and drug screening
