Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Complete training modules to advance skillset
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
