Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Packaging & Labeling: Accurately package, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Workstation Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and floors clean and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliability: A consistent work history and a demonstrated ability to arrive on time.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication Skills: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
