Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately to ensure they arrive at their destination intact.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for scanning and labeling products.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level roles.
