Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation in digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging outbound orders
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
